Salary: ₹10,000 Fixed + Unlimited Sales Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their needs and budget.
- Explain jewellery designs, diamonds, gold quality, pricing, and offers.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and follow-up.
- Maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- 6 Months–1+ Year jewellery/luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, customer-friendly, and sales-oriented personality.




- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Salary & Incentives

- ₹10,000 fixed monthly salary
