Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the retail sales team.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor billing and cash-handling processes.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Track attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
