Job Description: Manager Law Company Overview: Greenwings Creative Finance Private Limited is a fast growing Non-Banking Financial Company and providing innovative financial solutions for various loan products e.g. MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Renewal energy etc. Position Title: Manager Law Employment Type: Full/Part time Location: Civil Lines, Head Office, Jaipur. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Manager to join our team and be a part of renowned Genus Group to work with Greenwings Innovative Finance Private Limited. The ideal candidate should possess minimum qualifications Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputed institute and should have a strong understanding of legal principles and regulations pertinent to NBFC operations. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery to maintain a healthy portfolio. * Handle NIA & Arbitration cases, experience in recovery & legal processes dealing in Fraud cases * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal agreements, contracts,



and documents. * Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. * Collaborate with internal departments & Assist in managing legal documentation and records. Experience : * Proven min. experience of 5 years including about 3 years of working in a legal Dept. of an NBFC. * Sound knowledge of NBFC regulations and other relevant legal frameworks. * Excellent communication, team work and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. * Experience in handling litigation matters related to NBFC operations.
