We are looking for a passionate Learning & Quality Manager to join our team and drive a culture of learning, service excellence and continuous improvement.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the property’s Learning & Development initiatives
- Plan and deliver engaging training programs aligned with IHG standards
- Drive service excellence and quality standards across the resort
- Monitor guest feedback, quality scores and brand standards
- Conduct quality audits and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with HODs to identify training needs and develop colleagues
- Support onboarding, induction and ongoing development programs
- Drive a strong learning culture and continuous improvement mindset

?? We’re Looking For:





- Relevant experience in Learning & Development / Quality within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and service standards
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Passion for people development and service excellence
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
