Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain practical experience in B2B sales, lead generation, field sales, client communication, and business development.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, online research, and field visits.
- Identify and connect with potential business clients.
- Visit potential and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop new business opportunities through field sales and direct client interaction.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Assist the sales team with client meetings and business development activities.
- Maintain lead details and update CRM/database records.
- Prepare daily activity, field visit, and lead-generation reports.
- Support the team in achieving business development and sales targets.

Requirements





- BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, field sales, and business development.
- Comfortable with calling, client interaction, and field visits.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹10,500.27 per month
