Job Summary

Nova IVF Fertility is hiring a compassionate and dedicated GNM Staff Nurse to join our Surat center. The ideal candidate will assist in fertility treatments, provide high-quality patient care, and support doctors during OPD, procedures, and IVF-related clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatment.
- Assist doctors during consultations, scans, IUI, IVF, and minor procedures.
- Prepare and maintain procedure rooms following infection control protocols.
- Monitor patients before and after procedures and document vital signs.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure timely documentation.
- Educate and counsel patients on treatment instructions and medication administration.
- Coordinate with clinicians, embryologists,



and front office for smooth patient flow.

Eligibility

- Qualification: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
- Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years (IVF, Gynecology, OT, or Hospital experience preferred)
- Freshers with solid clinical knowledge may also apply.
