Experience: Relevant experience in Civil / Construction / Tendering preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Handle civil tenders, bids, quotations & proposals
- Search and participate in government/private tenders
- Prepare tender documents, BOQs, commercial offers and submissions
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Follow up on leads, tenders and business opportunities
- Maintain client relationships and support business growth
- Track tender deadlines, requirements and documentation

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development / Tendering / Civil Construction
- Positive knowledge of tendering procedures and documentation
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills




- Basic understanding of civil works, BOQ and estimation
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
