Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AJO/CJA QA Architect with strong expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive QA strategy, test planning, data validation, integration testing, and quality governance across AJO, AEP, RTCDP, and CJA.

Key Responsibilities

- Define QA strategy, test frameworks, test plans, and governance for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Lead end-to-end testing of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including customer journeys, triggers, segmentation, personalization, campaigns, and omnichannel channels.
- Validate AEP data ingestion, schemas, datasets, identity services, customer profiles, and audience data.
- Test RTCDP audience segmentation, profile management, identity resolution, and activation workflows.
- Validate CJA datasets, connections, data views, metrics, dimensions, and reporting.
- Perform API, integration, data flow, and data reconciliation testing using SQL.
- Analyze defects, perform root-cause analysis, support releases, and assess production readiness.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, BAs, product teams, and Adobe specialists.




- Mentor QA teams and identify opportunities for test automation and process improvement.

Required Skills

- 6+ years in QA / Software Testing with robust Adobe Experience Cloud experience.
- Hands-on expertise in AJO, AEP, RTCDP, and CJA.
- Strong experience in customer journey, audience, segmentation, personalization, and campaign testing.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with REST APIs, integration testing, data transformations, and event-driven workflows.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, functional, regression, integration, system, and E2E testing.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and defect-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

- Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign experience.
- Test automation / API testing / Postman experience.
- Strong understanding of JSON, data schemas, cloud platforms, and event-driven architecture.
- Adobe certifications in AEP, AJO, CJA, or RTCDP.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹2,277,566.09 per month
