About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Architect to handle architectural design, drawings, planning, and project coordination. The candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed according to approved designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Planning

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare design proposals based on client requirements, site conditions, and project specifications.
- Develop residential, commercial, institutional, or other architectural designs as required.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, aesthetically suitable, and aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.

Software & Technical Drawings

- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, or other relevant software.
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings, models, presentations, and architectural details.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy before issuing them for execution.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other services.

Site & Project Coordination

- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress as required.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify design/site issues and coordinate for suitable solutions.
- Review measurements, material requirements, and execution details where required.

Client Coordination

- Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Present design concepts, drawings,



and revisions to clients.
- Coordinate with clients regarding design changes, materials, finishes, and project requirements.
- Maintain skilled communication throughout the project.

Documentation & Approvals

- Prepare BOQs, specifications, schedules, and other project documentation where required.
- Assist in obtaining necessary drawings, permissions, and approvals.
- Maintain updated drawing records and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, local regulations, and project standards.

Candidate Profile

- B.Arch / relevant architectural qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit/3D software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and building materials.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
