Your Mission

What You'll Be Doing - Client Success & Relationship Management

You'll interact with:

- Clients
- Customers
- Vendors
- Partners
- Investors
- Internal stakeholders

Your responsibility is simple:

Make sure communication never breaks down.

Communication On Behalf Of The Founder

You'll help draft:

- Client emails
- Investor communication
- Business proposals
- Follow-up emails
- Meeting notes
- Presentations
- Documentation
- Internal communications

You should be able to write professionally, confidently and clearly.

Because words can build relationships.





And words can break them too.

Founder’s Office Operations

You'll help monitor:

- Ongoing projects
- Team progress
- Deliverables
- Deadlines
- Client requirements
- Business priorities

You'll often know what's happening across the company before anyone else.

Documentation & Organization

This role requires someone who loves structure.

You'll maintain:

- Reports
- Trackers
- Meeting records
- Project documents
- Client files
- Operational records

You should know where everything is.

At all times.

Problem Solving

Every day something unexpected happens.

Clients change requirements.

Deadlines move.

Vendors delay deliveries.

Teams get stuck.

Your job is not to complain.

Your job is to figure it out.
