Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Sends Team, setting clear priorities and maintaining high standards of output
- Draft and schedule email and app push campaigns, applying commercial judgement to deal selection, subject lines and send timing to maximise revenue and engagement
- Quality-check campaign builds before they go live
- Analyse send performance (open rates, click-through, conversion, revenue) and use insights to continuously improve results
- Work closely with UK-based stakeholders, delivering accurately to briefs and flagging issues proactively
- Report on team output and campaign performance to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience managing people or leading a team
- Strong commercial acumen — you make decisions with the customer and the numbers in mind
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly analytical, comfortable turning campaign data into action
- Proficient in Excel (lookups, pivot tables,



data manipulation)
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have

- Experience in e-commerce, CRM, or email/push marketing
- Proficient in SQL

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malleswaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
