ABOUT THE ROLE

About the role

RDP Technologies Limited is India's Make-in-India IT hardware OEM — PLI 2.0 selected, MeitY recognized as Best Laptop Manufacturer, 300K+ devices shipped, 28,000 sq.ft Hyderabad facility. Our Enterprise Sales team runs a steady stream of inbound leads across Compute, AI Compute, and Data Center & AI Infrastructure — CIOs, CTOs, IT procurement, and business buyers reaching out to RDP directly. As an Inside Sales Executive, you work these leads from first contact through to a qualified, moving pipeline — 100% work-from-home, anywhere in India.

What you'll own

- Respond to every inbound enterprise lead assigned to you promptly — RDP provides the leads, your job is to engage them rapid and well
- Qualify each lead — understand the requirement, budget signal, timeline, and decision-maker before looping in a Presales engineer or Account Manager
- Follow up consistently across calls, WhatsApp, and email until a lead converts, drops off, or is handed to the field sales team for closure
- Keep your pipeline current in RDP CRM (Odoo) — every lead, every stage, every next action logged and up to date
- Coordinate with regional Account Managers and Presales engineers for technical handoff on qualified opportunities
- Hit daily/weekly follow-up and conversion targets — this role is measured on lead response speed and pipeline movement
- Represent RDP professionally on every call — first impression for a large share of RDP's enterprise pipeline

What we're looking for

- 6 months to 2 years of sales, tele-sales, or inside-sales experience — IT hardware or B2B background is a plus but not mandatory
- Must have your own laptop,



a reliable personal internet connection, and your own mobile phone with an active number — this is a fully remote, work-from-home role and these are non-negotiable
- Self-driven and disciplined working from home — no daily office supervision, so ownership of your own calendar and follow-ups matters
- Comfortable on the phone — confident, courteous, persistent without being pushy
- Basic CRM comfort (Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) or willingness to learn RDP's Odoo-based CRM quickly
- Good spoken and written English, plus at least one Indian regional language
- Any graduate degree; freshers with a genuine sales aptitude and the required minimum 6 months experience are welcome to apply

Where and how

- Location: 100% Work From Home — anywhere in India
- Reports to: Enterprise Sales Manager (BV2 Corporate / BV3 AI Compute / BV4 Data Center & AI Infrastructure)
- Openings: 10 positions (Pan India)
- Compensation: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (max CTC), plus performance-linked incentive on lead conversion and pipeline targets
- Nature: Full-time, remote, lead-follow-up and pipeline role — RDP supplies the leads; you own the follow-through
- Equipment: Candidate must arrange their own laptop, internet connection, and mobile phone (with an active number) — RDP does not provide hardware or a SIM for this WFH role
