Job Summary We are looking for an organized and responsible **O&M; Coordinator** to coordinate day-to-day Operations & Maintenance activities across wastewater treatment plants and project sites. The role involves coordinating site teams, tracking maintenance activities, preparing reports, monitoring manpower and materials, and ensuring timely completion of operational requirements. ### Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily O&M; activities with site engineers, operators, technicians, and supervisors. * Monitor the operational status of wastewater treatment plants and ensure activities are completed as per schedule. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Follow up with site teams regarding breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and pending issues. * Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly O&M; activity reports. * Track manpower attendance, deployment, shifts, and site requirements. * Coordinate with the purchase/stores team for spares, chemicals, tools, PPE, and other materials required at sites. * Maintain records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, service activities, and spare consumption. * Coordinate with customers regarding routine O&M; requirements and service-related issues. * Escalate critical plant, manpower, safety, or customer issues to the O&M; Manager / Project Manager. * Prepare and circulate daily/weekly work status updates to management. * Follow up on pending site activities and ensure timely closure. * Coordinate technician/operator visits, site inspections, and service schedules. * Support the preparation of quotations, service reports, work orders, and other O&M-related; documents when required. * Ensure proper documentation and filing of O&M; records. * Coordinate emergency maintenance requirements and breakdown support.



* Ensure site teams follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational standards. * Assist management in improving plant performance, maintenance planning, and customer satisfaction. ### Required Skills & Qualifications * Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. * **1–4 years of experience** in O&M; coordination, wastewater treatment, industrial maintenance, project coordination, or a related field. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment plants and equipment is preferred. * Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and report preparation. * Ability to maintain records and track multiple activities simultaneously. * Good follow-up and problem-solving skills. * Ability to coordinate with site teams and customers. * Willingness to travel to project sites when required. ### Key Competencies * Coordination & Follow-up * Team Management * Communication Skills * Reporting & Documentation * Time Management * Problem Solving * Customer Coordination * Basic Technical Understanding * Safety Awareness ### Performance Expectations * Timely coordination and closure of O&M; activities. * Accurate and timely submission of O&M; reports. * Effective coordination between site teams, customers, and management. * Proper tracking of manpower, materials, maintenance, and breakdown activities. * Reduction of pending maintenance and service issues. * Compliance with company safety and operational procedures. ### Compensation & Advantages * Salary: **As per experience and company standards** * Performance-based salary revision as per company policy. * Mobile / communication support as applicable. * Travel and accommodation reimbursement for official site visits, as per company policy. * Medical & accident insurance, as applicable. * Overtime benefits for eligible work, as per company policy. * Training and career growth opportunities.
