Job Summary

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Business Development Managers for field sales across Kerala. The role involves generating leads, meeting customers, developing the local market, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of field-sales experience and good knowledge of their local market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking and local market activities.
- Meet potential customers and explain suitable solar solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Build a strong dealer, referral and local business network.




- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Monitor local market and competitor activities.
- Maintain regular sales and customer activity reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of field-sales experience.
- Experience in Solar, FMEG, Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Consumer Durables or other field-sales industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Robust knowledge of the local area/district applying for is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
