Job Summary

ePlanet Soft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented and result-oriented Junior and Senior SEM Specialists to join our Digital Marketing team. We are looking for candidates with a robust understanding of Search Engine Marketing, PPC, Google Ads, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.

We have openings for:

- Junior SEM Specialist – 3+ years of relevant experience
- Senior SEM Specialist – 5+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid search/PPC campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Create and optimize ad copies, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing of ads, keywords, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Track conversions and analyze campaign data.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and digital marketing trends.
- Coordinate with SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams whenever required.

Requirements – Junior SEM

- 2+ years of experience in SEM/PPC or paid search.
- Good understanding of Google Ads and PPC campaign management.




- Knowledge of keyword research, bidding, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing.

Requirements – Senior SEM

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEM/PPC.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and paid search campaign management.
- Experience handling multiple campaigns and managing advertising budgets.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies to improve ROI/ROAS.
- Experience with A/B testing, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and take ownership of performance.
