Security Manager

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 5–10 Years in Security / Facility Management
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Manager to oversee security operations, manpower deployment, site supervision, client coordination, and overall security compliance. The candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and team-management skills with practical experience in handling security guards and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise security operations across multiple sites.
- Plan and monitor deployment of security guards, supervisors, and other security personnel.
- Ensure proper attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of security staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits.
- Coordinate with clients regarding security requirements, manpower, complaints, and operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain duty rosters, deployment plans, attendance records, and inspection reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of security SOPs and company policies.
- Handle emergency situations, incidents, theft/loss cases, fire, unauthorized access, and other security-related issues.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for guards and supervisors.
- Monitor absenteeism and arrange suitable replacements whenever required.
- Maintain good coordination with local authorities, police, and other relevant agencies whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security and labour-related requirements.
- Monitor performance of Security Supervisors and Field Officers.
- Submit regular operational reports to the management.




- Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Travel to different client sites as required.

Eligibility

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Security Management / Facility Management.
- Experience in handling multiple sites and large manpower teams will be preferred.
- Candidates with Army / Police / CAPF / Defence background may be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to travel within Delhi NCR and nearby locations.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
