- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus Operations Orchestration.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools to streamline operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software and system issues effectively.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to detect and respond to system anomalies.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system updates.
