About the Role

Atom Wellness is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and develop business in the Alappuzha region. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's customer network, driving sales, maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and trade partners, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role involves sales activities across hospital, retail pharmacy, surgical, orthopaedic and healthcare product segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Alappuzha territory.
- Develop current customers and expand the existing customer base.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, medical shops, distributors and retailers.
- Promote and generate demand for Atom Wellness products.
- Develop business opportunities in surgical, orthopaedic, hospital and retail segments.
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, pharmacists, retailers and distributors.
- Generate new business through regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
- Take orders from distributors, retailers and institutional customers and ensure timely coordination with the concerned team.
- Follow up on pending orders, quotations, payments and customer requirements.
- Monitor product availability and identify stock requirements in the assigned territory.
- Introduce new products and schemes to customers and trade partners.
- Collect and communicate market feedback, competitor activities, pricing information and customer requirements.
- Identify potential recent distributors, retailers, hospitals and institutions.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports, customer details, order details and sales updates.
- Ensure regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.




- Coordinate with the sales, distribution and management teams for smooth order execution.
- Participate in product demonstrations, promotional activities, campaigns and company meetings.
- Ensure proper market coverage and territory development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, B.Pharm, D.Pharm or related qualifications are preferred.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, surgical, orthopaedic or FMCG-related sectors is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of the Alappuzha market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
