Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have 2–6 years of experience in land acquisition, land identification, site surveys, landowner coordination, and documentation for large-scale projects.

The role will involve identifying and evaluating land parcels PAN India for:

* Industrial & Commercial Projects

* Renewable Energy Projects

* Warehousing & Logistics Projects

* Infrastructure Projects

* Large Land Bank Requirements

Key Responsibilities

✅ Identify and source suitable land parcels based on project requirements

✅ Conduct site visits, physical verification, and preliminary land surveys

✅ Coordinate with landowners, local representatives, brokers, aggregators, and consultants

✅ Collect and verify preliminary land and ownership-related documents

✅ Assess land location, accessibility, surrounding development, approach roads, and site conditions

✅ Coordinate for land measurement, demarcation, GPS/location mapping, and site documentation

✅ Prepare detailed site visit reports with photographs, coordinates, land details, and observations

✅ Support land aggregation and acquisition activities from initial identification to closure

✅ Coordinate with revenue officials, local authorities, surveyors, and other stakeholders

✅ Maintain a database of available land parcels and landowner details





✅ Assist the legal team in collecting documents required for title and land due diligence

✅ Track negotiations, documentation, and acquisition status for identified parcels

✅ Travel extensively across different states as per project requirements

Required Experience & Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in land acquisition, land sourcing, site survey, or real estate/land advisory
- Experience in handling large land parcels and land aggregation preferred
- Strong fieldwork and landowner coordination skills
- Basic understanding of land records, ownership documents, khasra/khatauni, mutation, registry, etc.
- Exposure to GPS-based location identification, land measurement, and site surveys preferred
- Good knowledge of local land markets and solid networking abilities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to independently conduct site visits and prepare structured reports
- Willingness to travel extensively PAN India
- Candidates with experience in industrial, renewable energy, infrastructure, warehousing, or large-scale land acquisition projects will be preferred
