Job Summary

- Stakeholder Engagement & Workshop Facilitation
Support workshops, facilitate interviews, and working sessions to gather insights, validate requirements, and build alignment across business and project teams.

- Change Impact Assessment
Assess the people, process, and technology impacts of change, identifying risks, dependencies, and adoption requirements.

- Change Readiness, Communications & Adoption Support
Support readiness assessments, stakeholder communications, and engagement activities to drive awareness, adoption, and successful business outcomes.

- Process Mapping & Continuous Improvement
Develop current-state and future-state process maps, identify improvement opportunities, and support ongoing optimisation after implementation.

- Business Process Analysis & Design
Analyse, document, and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.

Ideal Candidate: Strong experience in business analysis and organisational change, with proven stakeholder management, process mapping, facilitation, and transformation delivery capabilities. Experience supporting ERP, digital, AI, or business transformation programs is highly desirable.
