About Immedone

Immedone is a neighbourhood service marketplace built to connect people who need everyday services with service providers available around them.

As we prepare to grow Immedone from Coimbatore, we are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Executive who can help us build strong on-ground operations, support service providers, coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure that the customer experience works smoothly beyond the app.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Field role suited for someone who enjoys working with people, solving practical problems and taking ownership.

You will work closely with the founders and internal teams to support Provider onboarding, service availability, local operations, issue resolution and launch activities.

This is not a desk-only role.

You should be comfortable speaking with Service Providers, visiting locations when required, understanding operational problems firsthand and helping us continuously improve how Immedone works on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the onboarding and activation of Service Providers on the Immedone Platform.
- Guide Providers through registration, documentation, verification and Platform usage.
- Explain how Service Requests, Bookings, availability, payments and settlements work.
- Follow up with Providers regarding incomplete onboarding or verification requirements.
- Help Providers understand how to post and manage their availability effectively.
- Monitor Provider availability across different service categories and locations.
- Identify areas or service categories where Provider availability is insufficient.
- Support Provider acquisition initiatives in and around Coimbatore.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with Providers.
- Assist Providers with operational questions and coordinate internal support when required.
- Monitor day-to-day service activity and identify recurring operational issues.
- Coordinate with Customer Support,



Finance, QA, Development and other internal teams when an issue requires cross-functional resolution.
- Support cancellation, no-show, dispute or service-related operational follow-ups where required.
- Escalate safety, fraud, verification or serious service concerns through the appropriate internal process.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Support local campaigns, Provider meets, onboarding drives and other launch activities.
- Collect Provider and customer feedback and communicate meaningful insights to the product and management teams.
- Suggest practical improvements to Provider onboarding, service fulfilment and overall marketplace operations.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, marketplace operations, customer operations, logistics, service coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate comfortably with people from different backgrounds.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple operational activities independently.
- Willingness to work both from the office and on the field when required.
- Comfortable using mobile apps, spreadsheets, dashboards and basic business software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow defined processes.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to remain calm and practical when resolving day-to-day issues.

Preferred Skills

- Good Tamil and English communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
- Experience working with service professionals, gig workers, vendors, delivery partners or field teams.
- Experience in a marketplace, startup, logistics, service or consumer-facing business.




- Basic understanding of KYC/document verification processes.
- Experience in Provider/vendor onboarding or relationship management.
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets or similar tools.
- Ability to identify patterns from operational data and field feedback.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally would be an advantage.
