Daily Operations: Manage facility safety, hygiene standards, maintenance, and vendor coordination.Academics & Quality: Oversee the execution of the curriculum, monitor teaching quality, and support educator development.Admissions & Growth: Drive enrolment targets, conduct facility tours, counsel parents, and plan local marketing events.Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate teaching and support staff.Parent Relations: Build positive relationships, address feedback, and host parent-teacher meetings or orientations.Administration: Track reports on attendance, revenues, and compliance with school policies
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
