About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and hygienic Kitchen Helper cum Assistant to support the day-to-day kitchen and café operations at TRIBELLA.

The person will assist with basic food preparation, kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, washing utensils, and ensuring the kitchen and work areas are always clean and organised.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Assistance

- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
- Wash, cut, portion, and organise ingredients as instructed.
- Assist in preparing food items, desserts, sauces, and other menu components.
- Help with plating, packing, and serving preparation when required.
- Keep ingredients, containers, and kitchen supplies properly organised.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and arranging kitchen supplies.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and instructions given by the kitchen team.

Cleaning & Hygiene

- Clean and maintain the kitchen, preparation areas, counters, shelves, and equipment.
- Wash and sanitise utensils, plates, glasses, containers, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean floors, sinks, work surfaces, and other kitchen areas regularly.
- Dispose of food waste and garbage properly.
- Ensure garbage bins are emptied and cleaned when required.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times.

Daily Operations

- Assist the team during opening and closing duties.
- Ensure all ingredients and kitchen items are ready before service.




- Refill and organise supplies as required.
- Inform the supervisor about low stock, damaged items, or any kitchen-related issue.
- Support the café team with other operational tasks whenever required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment throughout the shift.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, kitchen, or food-service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions properly.
- Physically fit and comfortable with cleaning and kitchen-related work.
- Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Must maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Important

This is a hands-on role. The Kitchen Helper cum Assistant will be expected to actively participate in kitchen assistance, preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, waste management, opening/closing duties, and other day-to-day café operations as required.

Salary: As per experience and suitability
Working Hours: As per TRIBELLA's operational schedule

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
