Kurinjee Promoters Pvt Ltd (Sister concern of SURA HOUSING, www.surahousing.com) looking for an enthusiastic and Self driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Real estate & Construction team in Coimbatore and Mettupalayam. The role involves meeting local clients, conducting property site visits, and closing sales for residential plots and villas. Co ordinating with Telemarketing team in office and fixing site visits and closing sales. This position is ideal for candidates who are based in Coimbatore and Mettupalayam, have good knowledge of the local real estate market and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and follow up on potential leads through phone calls, local networking, and online platforms.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Present properties clearly, explain pricing, layouts, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Provide timely updates to management on leads, visits, and deal status.
- Keep up-to-date with local property trends and new developments.




- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and post-sale support.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, direct sales, or field marketing.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil; basic English is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Coimbatore and Mettupalayam areas
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory for field visits).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Freshers with local knowledge and strong communication may also apply.

Preferred Candidates

- Previous experience in real estate or field sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with residential layouts, DTCP-approved plots, or gated communities is a plus.
