Project Manager – Interiors

Job Summary

CRIB FACTORY Furnitures & Interior is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Interiors to manage residential and commercial interior projects from planning through final handover.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, materials, vendors, site activities, timelines, quality and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete interior projects from project initiation to handover.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Plan manpower, materials and site requirements.
- Coordinate Site Supervisors, carpenters, contractors, vendors and other teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
- Coordinate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Handle site-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams.
- Track project costs and report major variations.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure proper finishing and quality before project handover.
- Manage multiple projects when required.

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering,



Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in interior project execution or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and furniture installation.
- Good understanding of measurements, materials and site processes.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Robust team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Malayalam is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
