Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce high-quality components as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate conventional lathe machine to machine components as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure machining is performed to specifications.
- Set up the machine, including selecting and installing the right tools and workpieces.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and machine setups to ensure consistent quality.
- Measure finished components using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on the machine as required.
- Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the quality and production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- ITI in Mechanical or Machining.
- 2+ years of experience as a Lathe Operator in a manufacturing or machining industry.
- Robust understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and general gauges.
- Knowledge of machining materials such as aluminum, steel, and cast iron.
- Hands-on experience in machine setup, tool selection, and troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
