☕ BARISTA — JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: BaristaLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other bar equipment.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and beverage presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and work area.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle POS/billing when required.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other bar supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the team during busy operations and maintain efficient service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the café/bar.

Requirements:





- Previous barista experience preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in coffee and hospitality may also apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
