About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Inspection Project Manager with strong experience in QA/QC, project delivery, team management, and inspection/data-processing workflows.

The candidate will be responsible for managing inspection projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery, leading the Data Annotation/Data Processing team, and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end inspection project execution and delivery.
- Lead the Data Annotation/Data Processing team, including task allocation, productivity, quality checks, training, and performance management.
- Manage QA/QC and data validation for inspection deliverables.
- Review inspection reports, defect analysis, annotated datasets, and technical deliverables.
- Ensure proper identification, classification, and validation of defects and asset observations.
- Coordinate with Drone Operations, GIS, Survey, AI, Data Processing, and Project Management teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, productivity, quality, and delivery targets.
- Develop and implement SOPs, QA/QC processes, inspection standards, and workflows.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, rework,



bottlenecks, and operational escalations.
- Handle client coordination, project reviews, quality discussions, and technical escalations.
- Maintain MIS, project trackers, quality records, and management reports.
- Drive process improvements and efficient use of AI, Drone, GIS, Thermal, and LiDAR technologies.

Requirements

Must Have:

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Project Delivery, Inspection, O&M;, GIS, Data Processing, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in QA/QC and team management.
- Experience managing teams and delivering projects within strict timelines.
- Experience in Power Utilities, Railways, Metro, EPC, Infrastructure, or similar sectors.
- Understanding of Drone Inspection, Visual/Thermal Inspection, LiDAR, GIS, and data-processing workflows.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, GIS, Geomatics, Electrical, Civil, or related field.

Preferred:

- Experience in Power Transmission/Distribution, Railways, Metro, or infrastructure inspection.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS/ESRI/QGIS.
- Exposure to AI-based defect detection, image analytics, Thermal or LiDAR inspection.
- Experience working with utilities, DISCOMs, TRANSCOs, Railways,



Metro corporations, or EPC companies.
