Job Description – Sales Back-End Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Sales Managers and Field Sales Executives.

2. Follow up on daily field activities, pending tasks, and customer requirements.

3. Maintain and update sales routes, beats, and field-force details.

4. Create and update field-force users in ERP/CRM systems.

5. Prepare customer quotations based on sales team requirements.

6. Verify product details, prices, and quantities before sending quotations.

7. Maintain customer, sales, order, and quotation records.

8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports/MIS.

9. Track sales targets, achievements, orders, and pending activities.

10. Follow up with the sales team regarding customer payments and collections.

11. Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments for sales-related activities.

Support the field sales team with required information and documents.

13. Highlight pending issues and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

14. Ensure accurate data entry and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements

1. Any Graduate with 2 –5 years of relevant experience.

2. Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Back-End, MIS, or similar roles.

3. Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

4. Knowledge of ERP/CRM will be an advantage.

5. Good communication and follow-up skills.

6. Ability to coordinate with field sales teams and different departments.

7. Good record-keeping and data management skills.

8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within timelines.
