Team Leadership and Coaching

- Lead and mentor sales representatives and account specialists.
- Recruit and retain top talent through ongoing training.
- Set performance targets and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Sales Strategy and Execution

- Develop and execute regional or district business plans.
- Forecast sales targets and manage operational budgets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to spot recent opportunities.

Key Account and Customer Management

- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oncologists, and hospital administrators.
- Oversee key account strategies to improve patient access to therapies and diagnostic testing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams to align on product launches and brand strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
