Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to students and parents.
- Explain DAMS Bhopal courses, programs, batches, fees, and admission process.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course guidance.
- Follow up with interested leads and prospective students.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Handle basic student queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.




- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, education or EdTech will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
