We are looking for a friendly and responsible Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Explain our packing and moving services to customers
- Follow up with enquiries and leads
- Coordinate with customers regarding shifting dates and requirements
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records in Excel/ERP
- Coordinate with the operations team
- Provide good customer service and support
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Tamil is required; basic English is preferred
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage
