Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end purchase process, from identifying requirements to final delivery of products/materials.

Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop new vendors and suppliers.

Manage existing vendor relationships and ensure timely supply.

Source products/materials as per required quality, specifications, quantity, cost, and timelines.

Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, credit period, lead time, freight, and other commercial terms.

Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper purchase documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for production, dispatch, delivery, and pending orders.

Monitor inventory levels and replenishment requirements to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.

Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Accounts, and Product teams for purchase planning.

Track vendor performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service.

Resolve issues related to quality rejection, shortages, damages, delayed deliveries, and replacements.

Maintain accurate vendor databases, price lists, purchase records, and MIS reports.





Work on cost optimization and procurement efficiency.

Assist in identifying alternative suppliers and products to improve cost and supply continuity.

Ensure purchased products/materials meet the company's required quality standards and specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:

4–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase, Procurement, Sourcing, or Vendor Management.

Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, e-commerce, retail, toys, lifestyle products, textiles, plastics, packaging, or similar product-based industries will be preferred.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Positive understanding of MOQ, costing, lead time, payment terms, credit terms, and purchase processes.

Experience managing multiple vendors and multiple SKUs.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and purchase-related MIS.

Experience with ERP/accounting/procurement software is an advantage.

Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
