Job Title : Store Director
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
The Store Director will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the store, including sales, customer experience, inventory, team management, and business performance. The role requires solid leadership, operational planning, and the ability to drive store targets and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
– Run day-to-day store operations and sales targets
– Build, coach and manage the store team
– Own the customer experience end to end
– Manage inventory, budgets and vendor relationships
– Report store performance to leadership
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
