We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate and outlet-level positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates to ensure timely hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate offer letter issuance and joining formalities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
