Job Overview :

We are looking for a proactive Hub Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our Coimbatore Hub, including inventory, warehouse activities, logistics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inward, storage, and outward movement of materials.

* Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS.

* Conduct physical stock audits and ensure FIFO compliance.

* Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.

* Check material quality, damages, and discrepancies.

* Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at the hub.





* Prepare daily MIS reports and coordinate with the central team.

* Supervise and guide warehouse staff and loaders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

- 2–4 years in warehouse, logistics, or hub operations.

Technical:

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS.

Languages:

- Tamil and English.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
