GSA / STEWARD

Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality
Position: GSA / Steward
Working Hours : Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests professionally, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly as per hotel standards.
- Set up and transparent dining tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper table presentation.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant, banquet, and service areas before and after operations.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in all assigned areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment carefully.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and report any complaints or issues to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel policies, food safety procedures, grooming standards,



and workplace safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B; Manager or Supervisor to support smooth hotel operations.

Skills & Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, well-groomed, and guest-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience will be an advantage.
