About the Role

MobiFit is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory & Stock Executive to manage our mobile parts inventory, because mobile repair requires tracking hundreds of small model-specific components (screens, batteries, IC chips, flex, cables), accurate stock management is the backbone of our business. In this role, you will take full ownership of tracking, updating, and reconciling our physical inventory using Microsoft Excel, ensuring we never run out of critical parts.

Key Responsibilities

Excel Database Management: Maintain and continuously update the master inventory spreadsheet tracking all mobile parts, tools, and accessories.

Inward/Outward Tracking: Accurately log all daily incoming shipments from suppliers and outward dispatch/sales to customers or repair technicians.

Reorder Management: Monitor stock levels and use Excel (formulas/conditional formatting) to identify and flag low-stock items for immediate reordering.

SKU & Variation Management: Organize parts logically by brand, model, and component type (e.g., separating Apple, Samsung, and Xiaomi LCDs, batteries, and charging ports).

Reconciliation & Auditing: Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts to verify that the physical parts on the shelves match the data in the Excel sheets. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

Reporting: Generate daily and weekly summary reports on stock movement, fast-moving items, and dead/aging stock for store management.





Required Qualifications & Skills

Excel Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel. Must be comfortable using basic to intermediate functions (e.g., SUM, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, filtering, sorting, and conditional formatting) to manage large datasets.

Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in data entry. A single digit mistake can confuse an iPhone 13 Pro Max screen with an iPhone 13 Pro screen.

Inventory Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, data entry, or stock-keeping is highly preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with mobile phone brands, models, and internal repair parts is a significant advantage, though on-the-job training can be provided.

Organizational Skills: Ability to keep both digital records and physical workspaces clean, structured, and easy to navigate.

Reliability: Trustworthy and accountable, with a proactive approach to solving inventory discrepancies.
