Hiring: Chief of Staff – MD / Promoter’s Office | Mumbai / Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli, Mahape

We are looking for a sharp, high-calibre and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the Managing Director / Promoter and drive strategic business priorities.

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA/PGDM from a Top 10 B-School
- 5 years of relevant experienceExperience in Chief of Staff / Founder’s Office / Management Consulting / Big 4 Strategy / Investment Banking / Corporate Strategy / Business Operations
- Strong exposure to CXO / Founder / Promoter-level stakeholdersExcellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsStrong command of Excel, PowerPoint & business analyticsHigh ownership, urgency and a solid bias towards execution

What You’ll Do:

- Partner directly with the MD/Promoter on strategic and business-critical priorities
- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure execution
- Track business KPIs, reviews and critical action items
- Develop management insights,



dashboards and presentations
- Evaluate strategic opportunities and support special projects
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive accountability and outcomes

This is a high-visibility role for someone who can seamlessly move between strategy and execution, challenge assumptions, solve problems and get things done.
