- Production Management: Plan and execute daily/weekly output targets for coir fiber, yarn, or coco peat processing.
- Machinery & Maintenance: Handle spinning, winding, spooling, or extraction machines, and manage basic preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Manpower Handling: Supervise floor workers (typically up to 10–20 workers per shift), allocate tasks, and manage shift attendance.
- Quality Control: Check raw fiber quality, monitor moisture levels in coco peat, or inspect yarn tensile strength and thickness.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs on production counts, machine breakdowns, raw material usage, and submit updates to plant managers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
