Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive who loves coming up with fresh ideas, creating engaging content and exploring new ways to connect with audiences.

We value creativity, initiative, and ownership over routine execution. If you enjoy experimenting, thinking outside the box and taking on new challenges, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content such as reels, videos, carousels, memes and social media posts.
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
- Identify trends and convert them into creative, relevant content ideas.
- Use Canva and basic video editing tools to bring ideas to life.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude,



and Canva AI to support content creation and research.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve content performance.
- Take ownership of ideas and campaigns from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with the team and take on additional responsibilities related to marketing and content as required.

What We're Looking For

- 0–4 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
- A genuine passion for social media, creativity and digital trends.
- Good storytelling skills and an eye for engaging visuals.
- Knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to explore new ones.
- A proactive, curious and creative mindset.
- Willingness to experiment, take initiative and work beyond a fixed set of responsibilities.
