We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and align our Sales and Recruitment operations. You will streamline workflows, manage tech platforms (CRM & ATS), track key metrics, and ensure seamless execution across revenue generation and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations: Track sales pipelines, optimize deal workflows, configure CRM systems, and monitor key revenue metrics (conversion rates, cycle length).

Recruitment Operations: Oversee candidate pipelines, track hiring performance (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), manage ATS software, and handle agency vendor relations.

Process Optimization: Design SOPs, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and align recruitment capacity with sales growth targets.

Data & Analytics: Build dashboards, manage operational budgets, and provide cross-functional reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in operational management, specifically handling both sales and recruitment workflows.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
