Job Description – Plant PPIC

Experience: 1–6 years in Pharmaceutical Plant PPIC

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans as per demand and plant capacity.

· Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA/QC, Purchase.

· Ensure timely availability of RM & PM against production requirements.

· Monitor planned vs actual production and highlight delays/shortages.

· Track batch/WIP status and coordinate for timely completion and QA release.

· Monitor RM/PM inventory, including excess, non-moving and ageing stock.

· Monitor PR/PO and material receipt status and follow up on critical materials.

· Maintain accurate SAP data and prepare PPIC MIS/reports.

· Prepare daily/weekly reports on production, material availability, pending batches and inventory.





· Identify bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to the PPIC/SCM Head.

Required Skills

· Positive knowledge of Pharma Plant PPIC & Production Planning.

· SAP and MS Excel knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas.

· Strong coordination, follow-up and analytical skills.

· Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

- Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248146: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
