Core Responsibilities

- Event Execution: Review BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), coordinate venue layouts, and manage setup/breakdown of tables, linens, and audio-visual equipment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise banquet captains and serving staff; manage floor scheduling and delegate tasks.
- Client & Guest Relations: Greet hosts and VIPs, handle last-minute requests, and resolve guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Partner with the Head Chef, Event Sales, and Stewarding to ensure timely meal service and high culinary presentation.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct pre-event walk-throughs to enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
