- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Monitor and maintain LT panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, and distribution boards.
- Attend electrical faults, wiring issues, lighting, switches, sockets, and MCB replacement.
- Maintain pumps, water supply systems, plumbing fixtures, and sanitary fittings.
- Support HVAC equipment including AHU, FCU, ventilation, and split AC units.
- Perform routine inspection of utility equipment and record meter readings.
- Respond to client complaints and complete maintenance requests within SLA.
- Maintain daily checklists, PPM records, logbooks, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors during servicing and annual maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures, Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), and use appropriate PPE.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
