Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive(B2B sales) to promote the Hirevoo Portal by visiting companies, building relationships, and generating business leads. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, understanding their hiring requirements, and coordinating with the sales team for successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit companies and business establishments to introduce and explain the features and advantages of the Hirevoo Portal.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through field visits and direct interactions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for interested companies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visits, and lead status.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and client engagement targets.




- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Must own a 2-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client visits.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.
