Job Title: Project Manager – Civil & Interior Works

Location: Bangalore (Travel to project sites as per assignment)

Employment Type: Full-time | Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience Required: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Civil & Interior project management.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage ongoing civil and interior projects at various site locations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of both civil works and interior finishing activities, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and cost management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Site Management & Execution:

Ø Full-time site presence, managing daily operations and monitoring work progress as per project timelines.

Ø Supervision of civil works (foundation, masonry, plastering) and interior finishing (tiling, electrical, plumbing, wall scraping, painting, etc.).

Ø Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Ø Track daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Vendor & Labour Management:

Ø Coordination with vendors and contractors for timely material delivery and work execution.

Ø Labour workforce management including productivity monitoring and attendance.

Ø Resolve on-site issues promptly in coordination with vendors and labour teams.

Procurement & Cost Control:





Ø Handle procurement of materials when required and maintain accurate documentation.

Ø Manage additional Purchase Orders (POQs) and maintain records of all purchases.

Ø Manage petty cash expenses and ensure timely bill payments to vendors & labour.

Ø Monitor project costs and ensure execution within approved budgets.

Client Coordination:

Ø Regular interaction with clients for project updates, site visits, and addressing concerns.

Ø Ensure clear communication and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Delivery:

Ø Ensure timely completion of projects with adherence to quality and safety standards.

Ø Identify potential delays and implement corrective measures to stay on track.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Robust knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals and interior works.
- Proficient in vendor management, procurement, and site coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Compensation: As per industry standards (based on experience & skills)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
