Maintenance Associate – Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Associate responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems at the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle 3-phase electrical systems, wiring, panels, switches, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of AC systems.
- Handle refrigeration equipment and identify common faults.
- Carry out basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is in protected working condition.
- Attend breakdowns promptly and coordinate with external technicians when required.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain proper maintenance records.

Eligibility & Skills





- ITI qualification is mandatory, preferably in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related trade.
- Should have practical knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, AC, refrigeration, and plumbing.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance emergencies.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply, depending on practical knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
