About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-focused Junior Research – R&D; professional to support the development and improvement of Vilvah's skincare and haircare products. The role involves ingredient research, formulation support, laboratory trials, testing, and R&D; documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in skincare and haircare product research, formulation trials, laboratory experiments, and testing.

- Research cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, formulations, and industry trends to support product development.
- Support stability testing, troubleshooting, and improvement of existing formulations.
- Maintain accurate R&D; records,



reports, formulation details, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Procurement teams for product development activities.
- Follow required quality, safety, and R&D; standards in all activities.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of R&D; experience, preferably in Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, or related industries, with a degree only in Chemistry
- Good understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and laboratory practices, with solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and attention to detail, with proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
