About the Role

Pitambra Film & Production is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Stylist to develop and execute looks for actors, models, artists, photoshoots, promotional campaigns, music videos, and film/production projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop styling concepts based on the project, character, theme, and creative brief.
- Coordinate outfits, accessories, footwear, hair/makeup references, and overall visual appearance.
- Source, select, rent, purchase, and arrange costumes and fashion accessories.
- Work closely with directors, creative teams, photographers, production designers, and artists.
- Maintain continuity of costumes and looks throughout shoots.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary alterations or styling adjustments.
- Manage styling budgets, inventory, returns, and vendor coordination.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, designers, brands, and emerging styles.
- Create mood boards, look books, and styling references when required.




- Ensure costumes and accessories are shoot-ready and properly organized on set.

Requirements

- Degree/diploma in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Costume Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in film, television, advertising, music videos, editorial shoots, or fashion is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of fashion, color coordination, silhouettes, fabrics, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent sourcing and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing production requirements.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-location shoots.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous styling work.
